⬇️ About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated CRM Coordinator to join our growing CRM team in Malta. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with early CRM experience who wants to develop their career in customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and campaign execution.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing and QA’ing CRM campaigns, supporting audience segmentation, and helping deliver engaging player communications across multiple channels.
✅ What You’ll Do:
Execute CRM campaigns across CRM and bonus tools
Create and QA bonuses and promotional setups
Support customer segmentation and audience building
Collect campaign performance data and assist with reporting
Coordinate with localisation, content, and design teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and campaign performance
🕵🏻 Is it YOU we’re looking for:
1–3 years of experience in CRM execution or a similar marketing operations role
Strong attention to detail and operational reliability
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Player-focused/customer-centric mindset
Strong English communication skills
🤩 Nice to Have:
Nordic language skills
Experience within iGaming or online entertainment
