We are currently recruiting for a CRMCoordinatortojoin our CRM team in UNIQLO Europe This roleis responsible formanaging and overseeing the CRM plan and multi-channel campaign calendar across European markets (Email,SMSand Push).You’llwork cross-functionally to shape campaign strategy, bringnew ideasand testing opportunities forward, and ensure high-quality delivery thatsupports revenuegoals. You will be confident working with numbers, technical set-up and implementation, and translating performance into clear insights
What you will be responsible for
Owningandmanagingthe CRM campaign calendar (weekly/monthly), aligning business priorities, marketneedsand stakeholder requests into a clear plan.
Overseeingend-to-end multi-channel CRM campaignsincluding Email,SMSand Push,ensuringhigh-quality
Drivingcontinuous improvement in customer engagement and CRM revenue byidentifyingoptimisationopportunities, proposingnew ideasand championing test-and-learn across channels.
Leadingcampaign performance reporting for theCRM team andsharewith thewiderbusiness: results, insights,learningsand clear recommendations.
Partneringwithhead office in Japanande-commerceteams to support technical implementation (tracking, tagging, preference/consent, data flows, segmentationlogicand deliverability improvements).
Buildingandmaintainingstrong relationshipscross-departmentallyensuring smooth delivery and consistent ways of working.
Drivingprocessimprovements thatincrease scalability across European markets, with a particular focus on automation and reducing manual tasks
Providinghands-on support across all CRM channels whenrequired
Beingaccountable for on-time, error-free delivery—ensuring campaigns are sent exactly as intended, with robust checks and sign-off.
Skills, Experience and Attributes:
5+ years’ experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing, ideally within retail,fashionor lifestyle, witha track recordof managing multi-channel CRM plans.
Strong experience overseeing calendar planning, audience strategy,personalisationand QA governance.
ComfortableexecutingCRMcampaigns frombriefing to deployment.
Experience using Braze (preferred), or a comparable CRM/marketing automation platform, with confidence in technical set-up (segments, events, attributes, templates, preferencemanagementand basic troubleshooting).
Strong numerical and analytical capability: able to interpret results,validatedata, and translate performance into clear, commercially minded actions.
Experiencepresentinginsights to stakeholders
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable influencing and aligning across departments (E-commerce, Marketing, Trading/Merchandising, Data/Analytics,Site, Copy/Design) and across multiple markets.
A structured, proactive working style with high attention to detail and strongprioritisationin a fast-paced environment.
Excellent level of English (written and spoken).
