The CRM Coordinator is an integral member of the Marketing and Business Development team, responsible for the day-to-day management, quality, accuracy, and integrity of the Firm’s CRM database, InterAction. This role serves as a key steward of Firmwide CRM data, ensuring reliable, high-quality information that supports effective Marketing and Business Development initiatives.
In addition to core CRM data management responsibilities, the CRM Coordinator provides secondary support for reporting and analytics, user training, and select marketing technology initiatives. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Client Relationship Management.
