CRM & Commercial Process Specialist – Hydro2030 (f/m/d)

Join Axpo Hydro and help shape scalable CRM and commercial operations in an international energy environment. You will contribute to harmonized processes, high-quality data, and efficient collaboration across teams.

What you will do:

• Support the development of a scalable CRM and commercial operations setup within the Hydro division
• Translate business requirements into practical CRM solutions together with IT and Salesforce administrators
• Document and structure internal commercial processes from lead handling to handover for delivery and invoicing
• Harmonize templates for offers, contracts, presentations, calculation logics, and other sales-related materials
• Ensure CRM data quality, reporting transparency, and consistent process documentation
• Prepare and deliver guidelines, trainings, and change support for Salesforce and commercial processes

What you bring & who you are:

• Experience in CRM, commercial operations, process design, project management, or business engineering
• Ideally, experience in the energy, infrastructure, or B2B services environment
• Understanding of CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and the ability to translate business needs into efficient workflows and reports
• Experience creating or harmonizing offers, contracts, presentations, calculations, or process documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Very good English and German skills; additional languages are a plus
