  • Creates customer-centric communications and the execution of multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that drive customer activation, engagement, and reactivation across the markets
  • Sets up manual & automated mailings and push notifications to ensure every touch point aligns with customer needs and supports the strategic vision.
  • Leverage state-of-the-art development and testing approaches, combined with modern technology, to ensure that campaigns are constantly improving and meeting business objectives.
  • Works with our product, loyalty, marketing, and operations teams, will also ensure that communications are on-brand and impactful.
  • Creates engaging and relevant content for direct marketing initiatives to existing customers to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. 
  • Implementation of Central CRM campaigns (Push Notifications, Newsletters)
  • Creating and executing ad booking campaigns based on input from vendors and stakeholders
  • Monitors campaign performance to ensure consistency, streamline monitoring and leverage insights for impactful interactions and knowledge sharing
  • Benchmarking, providing new ideas for touchpoints in A/B test scenarios
  • Aligns with other functions e.g., Campaigns & Promotions, Market representatives, Own Brand Food acceleration, Social Media, Loyalty on CRM activity including best practice sharing with other CRM Campaign managers across markets.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of Marketing Automation and CRM experience
  • BSc+ degree in business administration, e-commerce, marketing, tech, or related field.
  • Proficiency in customer data and CRM processes, ideally with experience in FMCG;
  • Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers, driving Campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex, high-impact projects
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, other languages are a plus.
