The team you will be a part of

This role is part of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Digital Marketing team, responsible for leveraging data to enhance customer engagement, retention, and value through email marketing.

This role in summary

The CRM Campaigner is responsible for newsletter strategy and execution, multi-market coordination, campaign performance monitoring, and the analysis of behavioral trends to provide insights and recommendations that optimize CRM strategies and drive business objectives.

Hybrid working with 4 days per week in our Grimbergen office and remote working on Fridays.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Lead end-to-end CRM campaign execution, from strategy definition to delivery across promotional and lifecycle communications.
  • Coordinate translation and localization workflows across regional markets to ensure content relevance and quality.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of CRM campaigns, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Analyze customer data to identify segments, behaviors, and opportunities for targeted CRM initiatives.
  • Support the development and execution of CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Create dashboards and reports to communicate key performance metrics and findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Brand, E-commerce) to ensure CRM integrity and alignment on initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM messaging, timing, and offers.
  • Stay updated on CRM best practices, tools, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze).
  • Experience using analytics and visualization tools such as GA4 and Looker.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Kanban methodologies.
  • Understanding of collaborative tools such as Miro, Figma, and Jira.
