As a CRM Campaign Assistant, you will work at the intersection of marketing, technology, and customer engagement, helping deliver impactful CRM campaigns that support business growth and customer experience.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an international environment and contribute to campaigns that drive customer engagement, operational excellence, and business performance.

In this role, you will:
Support the preparation and execution of CRM marketing campaigns
Perform audience counts and targeting analyses to support campaign planning.
Configure campaign workflows and communication channels within CRM platforms.
Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and proofing activities.
Monitor campaign execution and ensure quality standards are maintained
Collaborate with marketing and operational teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Contribute to delivering engaging customer communications across multiple channels
You will manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical for campaign success.
You will work with different stakeholders across countries and functions.
Campaign deadlines require strong organisation and responsiveness
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
Up to 2 years of experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, Campaign Operations, or similar areas.
Basic understanding of CRM and marketing campaign processes.
Familiarity with Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work with campaign data and targeting lists.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Fluency in English
Must be a Portuguese or European citizen, or hold a valid work permit for Portugal.
Experience with Adobe Campaign.
French language skills.
Exposure to international marketing environments
Team-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
