As a CRM Automation Lead, you will design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, to ensure software quality and reliability.
To be a successful CRM Automation Lead, you should have experience of:
Domain & Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Siebel CRM and OPA applications with functional experience. Real-time working experience with Siebel migration processes. Mandatory experience in Siebel to Salesforce migration projects. Basic Knowledge of data required for CRM applications. Functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud - Case management journey, Salesforce Community portal.
Testing & Automation: End-to-end Salesforce QA automation experience. Proficiency in Selenium with Cucumber BDD framework. Hands-on experience with Provar automation tool. Strong test case design and execution capabilities. Expertise in regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing. Knowledge of test data management and environment setup.
Leadership & Management: Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, Product management experience, Excellent coordination skills with cross functional teams, Proficient in JIRA for test management and defect tracking. Understanding of LCT (Lifecycle Testing) processes. Experience raising Change Requests (CR) and managing releases. Knowledge of vendor management processes. Ability to engage different teams within complex organizational landscapes
Additional relevant skills given below are highly valued:
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines within teams. Knowledge of ETL processes. (preferably in Barclays environment)
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab), Knowledge of performance testing tools (LoadRunner), Experience with data mining processes.

This role is based in Pune.
