Job Description

The Customer Relationship Management Applications Specialist will act as a liaison between marketing, service lines and technology. The Customer Relationship Management Application Specialist will be involved in all aspects of the software development life cycle, from project/feature backlog prioritization, requirement engineering, and development oversight through testing, release and support for products serving our institutional end users. This individual will also be responsible for point and click administration and configuration of key systems.

Creative problem solving, impeccable communication and attention to detail are key skills expected in this role

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION Bachelor’s Degree required preferably in a business, computer or information technology, or related field.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

EXPERIENCE:

Previous Customer Relationship Management administration (Salesforce/MS Dynamics) experience preferred. Salesforce experience (Marketing Cloud, Health Service Cloud, Ad Studio, Datorama) Preferred. Previous experience working in an agile environment preferred.

Demonstrates the competencies as established on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool for this position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position requires some walking/standing and may have prolonged periods of sitting. Works with such equipment as computer terminal, fax machine, printer, telephone and copier. Position requires some travel, flexibility of hours including weekends, evenings and on-call duties as well as lifting up to 20 lbs. Essential functions for this position are listed on the Assessment and Evaluation Tool.

This position reports to department leadership.
