About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce professional who combines strong administration and configuration skills with a solid understanding of system operations and integrations. In this role, you will ensure the stability, continuous improvement, and scalable evolution of our Salesforce platform. Working closely with the CRM Product Owner, who represents business stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into robust, standard-aligned solutions and ensure high system quality.You will act as a key interface to external implementation partners and IT, with a strong focus on system stability, data quality, and user adoption.

About your tasks:

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Manage users, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Design and implement configurations using Salesforce standard tools (Flows, validation rules, layouts, automation).
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Challenge requirements to ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and standard functionalities.
  • Own the operational lifecycle of the platform, including releases, changes, and system updates.
  • Ensure structured testing, documentation, and smooth release execution.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support KPI-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure high data quality, consistency, and system integrity.

Qualifications

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a comparable role with a Salesforce Administrator Certificate.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, objects, permissions, automation).
  • Solid understanding of CRM processes (e.g., Sales, Service).
  • Experience with release and change management processes.
  • Experience working with integrations (REST APIs, middleware, common integration patterns).
  • Strong understanding of data structures, data quality, and reporting in Salesforce.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
