Job Title: CRM Analyst

Reports To: CRM Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt

Location: Dallas, TX

Salary Range: $65,000 - $87,000

Summary:

We are looking for a CRM Analyst to join our Marketing team and help turn guest data and insights into impactful marketing campaigns and experiences. This role sits at the intersection of CRM, marketing analytics, marketing operations, and campaign execution.

The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical and hands-on: someone who can analyze guest behavior and campaign performance, support audience segmentation, and bring marketing strategies to life through email, push, promotions, workflows, and lifecycle campaigns. They will support the CRM Manager with the day-to-day systems and processes behind CRM programs, including audience logic, automation workflows, campaign QA, and reporting.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, this role will work closely with Brand, Growth, Product, and IT to support the execution, measurement, and optimization of marketing campaigns across our digital channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working in marketing platforms, and connecting the dots between data, technology, and marketing execution.

What You’ll Do

Analytics

  • Analyze guest and campaign performance across digital channels to identify trends, uncover insights, and recommend actions to optimize engagement, conversion, revenue, acquisition, retention, and repeat purchase.
  • Build and maintain recurring reporting and dashboards to track CRM, digital, and campaign KPIs.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and reporting for Marketing, translating findings into actionable recommendations.

Campaign & CRM

  • Support the execution of email and push campaigns within HubSpot, including audience creation, scheduling, QA, and deployment.
  • Support audience segmentation based on guest behavior, lifecycle stage, purchase activity, and engagement.
  • Partner with the CRM Manager, Brand, Growth, and IT teams to support campaign launches and resolve CRM or data issues.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and clearly communicate findings.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms, with the ability to work within workflows, automations, audience segments, and campaign processes; HubSpot experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with SQL, GA4, Power BI, or similar analytics tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable working hands-on in marketing platforms and supporting campaign execution, not just producing reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and campaign QA skills, with a focus on accuracy across audiences, workflows, creative, and campaign setup.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Marketing, Growth, Sales, and IT.
  • Curious and eager to understand guest behavior and use data to support better marketing decisions.
  • Restaurant or hospitality experience is a strong plus.

The Ideal Candidate:

You don't need to be a CRM expert on day one. We're looking for someone who is analytical, operations-minded, curious, and excited to get hands-on with both data and marketing execution.

  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to analyze guest and campaign data and identify trends.
  • Equally comfortable working with data and getting hands-on with campaign execution, segmentation, and CRM platforms.
  • Curious about guest behavior and enjoys digging into the “why” behind trends in engagement, conversion, retention, and purchase behavior.
  • Operations-minded and enjoys working with workflows, automations, and campaign processes.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable learning and working across marketing platforms, with HubSpot or CRM experience a strong plus.
  • Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, Sales, IT, and other teams.
  • Strong communicator who can clearly communicate campaign performance, findings, and project updates.
  • Excited by the opportunity to learn, test, and help execute marketing programs that drive guest engagement and business results.

Benefits include:

  • Competitive salary
  • Meal privileges
  • Health benefits
  • 401k Plan
  • Paid Vacation

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
  • Sitting / standing 6-8 hours.
  • Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
  • Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
