Job Description

Position: CRM Analyst

Department: Business Intelligence

Reports to: Director, Business Intelligence

The CRM Analyst will focus on the day-to-day management and execution of the company’s Salesforce CRM system and utilize data to assist with sales, service, and marketing efforts and with activities related to CRM, lead management, pipeline reporting, ticket sales campaign management, and sales attribution tracking. The incumbent will also work on the planning and integration of sales and service technology with the CRM tools, as well as training of sales staff on the Salesforce platform.

This position will report to the Director, Business Intelligence and will work cross-functionally with the Abbotsford Canucks’ and Vancouver Warriors. This is an onsite role at our office in downtown Vancouver.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitieS:

  • Measure and report on CRM adoption and activity across the ticketing department
  • Support with assignment of new sales leads and work closely with leaders from the sales and service team to load, manage, and assign leads and campaigns to the sales and service team
  • Maintain a clean and updated CRM data set of buyers and leads, along with key data points
  • Coordinate data integration with various vendors and data providers
  • Support day to day administrative tasks within the CRM
  • Analyze campaign performance trends to make actionable insights
  • Develop campaign strategies and measurement methodologies to enhance efficiency
  • Work closely with sales and service leaders to create easy to access reporting tools within Salesforce that can be accessed by reps on the teams
  • Assist in completing established Business Intelligence projects including trend analysis, forecasting, modeling and performance tracking for program categories and overall department performance
  • Design and deliver onboarding and training programs for new hires
  • Collaborate with sales and service leaders to build engagement competitions that increase morale and performance
  • Own CRM initiatives/projects with other departments
  • Utilize Microsoft Fabric to automatically ingest data into Salesforce
  • Proactively support the analysis of revenue drivers, trends, and variances to identify actionable insights and growth opportunities

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with a CRM system; Salesforce strongly preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive, approachable demeanor and a natural ability to build relationships across teams
  • Strong experience with Excel
  • Strong project management skills
  • Microsoft Fabric Experience preferred
  • Salesforce certification/s preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing data and reporting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in teams and build consensus across multiple departments
  • Experience within the sports/ entertainment industry preferred
  • Experience with SQL preferred
  • Experience with Python preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Onsite role at our office in downtown Vancouver
