A Day in the Life:
As a CRM Analyst at Hertz, you will help support the implementation and execution of campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across the Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty brands. You’ll work hands-on with data, automations, and customer journeys while learning best practices for scalable, data-driven marketing.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to support campaign delivery, testing, and optimization. You’ll operate in an Agile environment and contribute to high-quality CRM solutions through strong documentation, QA, and continuous improvement.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their CRM or marketing technology career who is eager to grow technical skills and business impact.
What You’ll Do:
Support day-to-day use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud across Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty global brands, including campaign setup, optimization, and maintenance
Assist in sending email, SMS, and push notifications using tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Knak, Movable Ink, and Adobe Journey Optimizer
Help build and maintain data extensions, automations, and customer journeys under the guidance of senior team members
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and technology partners to translate business requirements into CRM solutions
Support Salesforce configurations, integrations, and campaign testing activities, including A/B tests and control/holdout groups
Maintain clear and up-to-date CRM documentation, including process flows and campaign details
Follow established QA processes, including pre-send validation, journey testing, and regression checks
Monitor campaign health and deliverability metrics such as bounces and basic spam indicators
Troubleshoot data, automation, and campaign issues and escalate more complex problems when needed
What We’re Looking For:
1+ years of experience working with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or similar marketing automation platforms in an analytical, technical, or operational role
