Job Description


This is a remote position.


We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a CRM Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating closely with email agencies and brand teams to understand and use data for marketing campaigns.
*Role available only for Latin America residentes*

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain CRM system to support marketing activities;
- Troubleshoot CRM system issues and provide technical support;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs;
- Assist client in effectively using data for targeting campaigns and enabling personalized marketing strategies;
- Collaborate with the email agency and brand team to prepare data for campaigns;
- Implement marketing campaigns on brands’ websites through a unified platform;
- Develop consumer attributes for outbound marketing activities.


Requirements


- Work experience with frontend (Javascript, HTML, CSS)
- Work experience with CRM
- Work experience with SQL and databases;
- Ability to understand and interpret data;
- Proactively understand problems and seek solutions;
- Strong support skills to assist brands;
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Advanced English (daily contact with international clients and teams)
- Latin America resident.
Desirable
- Previous work experience in the marketing field.
- Knowledge of REST APIs
- Experience with Python
