Doctors Without Borders Norway (Leger Uten Grenser/MSF) is seeking a CRM Advisor to join our dedicated and collaborative CRM team working at the intersection of tech, data, and fundraising and help ensure sustainable funding for life-saving medical work worldwide.

This is a role for someone who wants to combine technical expertise with meaningful impact.

About the Position

As CRM Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing our CRM capabilities, driving continuous improvement of workflows, data flows, and system integrations to support effective and scalable fundraising and engagement. The role combines technical tasks with advisory responsibilities. The main focus is to troubleshoot and optimize existing CRM flows and create new processes, while ensuring that donor data is accurate, accessible, and actionable, enabling data-driven insights for the fundraising department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve and develop workflows in the CRM, including automation and integrations, and document processes.

  • Provide professional advice on process improvement and cost-effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with external suppliers on payment solutions and new integrations (e.g., Vipps and Mastercard).

  • Perform analyses and ensure data quality to support data-driven decisions, act as backup for the CRM Analyst.

  • Contribute to the strategic use of data in collaboration with the CRM Analyst and CRM & Loyalty Manager.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields (information technology, informatics and computer science, finance and administration, etc.). Five years of relevant experience may compensate for formal education.

  • At least 2 years of experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) at a super user level or higher, including data analysis, and integrations.

  • Proficiency in SQL or a similar data querying/programming language

  • Experience in fundraising, project management, or analytical tools is an advantage.

  • Proficient in English (C1 and higher); Norwegian is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and technical skills.

  • Structured, strategic, and detail-oriented.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Quality-focused and goal-oriented.

  • Salary according to Doctors Without Borders’ salary principles, salary grade 15: NOK 622,742 - 687,428 per year (based on relevant experience).

  • Workplace: Oslo. Currently based at Hausmanns gate 6; relocating to Mølleparken 2 in early 2027.
