As CRM Administrator (m/f/d) & Business Analyst, you will report to the Marketing & Sales Excellence Manager based in La Roca for a permanent contract.

Mission:

As a CRM & Business Analytics Specialist, you will combine business analytics expertise with operational CRM capabilities to maximize the value of our CRM environment. You will transform data into actionable insights that support business decisions, drive performance improvements, ensure high data quality, and promote effective CRM usage across the organization.

• Act as the main point of contact for CRM users across the local organization.
• Provide day-to-day CRM support, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
• Create, implement, support and optimize CRM-related business processes.
• Drive CRM adoption and promote best practices across Sales teams.
• Define, organize, deliver and evaluate user training sessions and workshops.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance within the CRM platform to enable reliable reporting and business analysis.
• Analyze CRM, sales and business data to identify trends, opportunities and performance improvement areas, translating findings into actionable recommendations that deliver measurable business value.
• Develop, maintain and enhance reports, dashboards, KPIs and data visualizations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions, meaningful performance metrics and analytical insights.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Units, and central and international stakeholders to align priorities, understand reporting and analytics needs, share best practices and optimize business performance.
• Support system enhancements, testing activities, and new releases in CRM.
• Translate local business needs into scalable CRM solutions and support the deployment of central initiatives within the local organization.

Profile

• Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Skilled in business analysis, reporting, KPI development and data-driven decision-making.
• Solution-oriented and proactive mindset.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, structure, analyze and interpret complex data sets.
• Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar.
• Good understanding of sales processes, business performance metrics and customer relationship management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into CRM improvements, reports, dashboards and actionable business insights.
• Strong active listening, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, organized, and detail-oriented way of working.
• Strong business mindset with the ability to understand end-to-end processes and their impact on business performance.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is highly desirable. Additional languages are a plus.
