Job Description


•
Responsible for CRM releases, features & best practices, making recommendations to
leadership as appropriate
• Evaluate, recommend, and integrate additional technology tools into Sales Operations
applications to meet business requirements and objectives
• Lead training for CRM and provide ongoing training as needed to current and new users.
• Assist with the testing of new or existing features, and or updates and the effect of
application changes to current or new systems.
• Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and  IT teams


Requirements


  • Strong knowledge of CRM business processes.

  • Good knowledge of business analysis and requirements documentation.
