Job Description

CRM系统产品经理北京全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述1、负责CRM系统的长期规划、迭代设计与功能优化,适配多语言、多文化社交场景;
2、调研海外市场(如中东、土耳其),理解本地用户习惯与合规要求,推动产品方案落地;
3、建立CRM数据指标体系,跟踪业务效果,通过数据与反馈持续驱动产品优化;
4、协同业务、技术等部门,推动CRM流程落地与系统对接,提升协同效率;职位要求1、5年以上CRM/B端产品经验,有社交、泛娱乐或出海背景优先;
2、熟悉CRM核心模块,具备从0到1搭建或重构经验;
3、英语可作为工作语言,对跨文化场景有理解者优先;
4、了解海外社交产品生态,有AI+CRM相关经验者加分。 投递
