Greenbushes Lithium Operation

Full Time Position

About the Role

Reporting to the Logistics & Transportation Coordinator, the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and management of warehouse critical and bulk commodity replenishment including; scheduling, forecasting, inventory control and re-ordering functions.

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday across a 40 hour week, with flexible working arrangements available. The role is site-based, with both DIDO and residential options offered.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and manage critical bulk commodity replenishment, including forecasting, scheduling and inventory control
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure cost effective inventory and maintain minimum, on-site, safety stock
  • Liaise with warehouse, purchasing, contracts, and suppliers to ensure timely ordering, delivery and accurate pricing in SAP
  • Analyse usage trends and provide regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) to support planning and decision-making
  • Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and stock rotation, including timely reporting of discrepancies
  • Support end users with forecast requirements and ensure sufficient stock availability to meet operational needs
  • Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with site access, permits and safety requirements
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities across warehouse and supply processes

About the Candidate:

  • Experience with inventory and warehousing systems, with a solid understanding of stock control processes
  • Knowledge of bulk chemical and reagent management, with exposure to bulk transport and logistics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Familiarity with goods receival and warehouse operations
  • A positive, proactive approach with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
