
Critical Care Transport Nurse Lead25000103The Transport Lead, under the direction of the Transport Clinical Manager, will assume a lead role in Transport Clinical Operations as well as the coaching and development of Transport Clinical staff. The Lead will share in a rotating administrative call. The Lead will collaborate closely with the other members of the Transport Leadership team. Responsible for daily clinical operations. Provides 24-hour accountability for planning, managing, and evaluating department clinical functions.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Minimum Work Experience
5 years Nursing experience (Required) And
3 years Pediatric critical care or pediatric emergency care experience (Required) And
1 year Transport experience (Required) And
1 year Demonstrated leadership experience (Preferred)
