The Critical Care Technician functions as a clinical support partner in the Critical Care and Emergency Department settings. They assist the patient care team in performing various tasks and procedures for critically ill patients or patients requiring special skills or observation. They act under the direction and supervision of appropriate licensed clinical personnel.

📅 Shifts: Full-time | 36 hours/week | Three 12-hour shifts
📅 Shifts: Part-time | 24 hours/week | Two 12-hour shifts
🕒 Schedule: Variable, mix of days, evenings, swings, nights, weekends & holidays
💵 Pay: Starting at $18.94+ (based on patient care experience)

Layton Hospital is a Level III Trauma Center that provides emergency services, stabilization, and, if necessary, transfers for patients needing higher-level care. It is equipped to handle most emergencies, with specialists available for stroke and neonatal care, and coordinates with Intermountain Medical Center for more severe cases.
