This opportunity is open exclusively to European based doctors seeking relocation to Dubai.

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Specialist to join our Private Sector healthcare team. In this role, you will provide expert critical care services to adult patients with life-threatening conditions in private healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill adult patients requiring intensive care
• Deliver advanced life support and critical care interventions following established protocols
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to develop patient-centered care plans
• Monitor patient progress and respond to emergencies promptly and effectively
• Communicate with patients’ families, offering updates and support during treatment
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and participate in continuous quality improvement activities
• Stay current with advancements in critical care medicine and apply best practices in clinical care

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Medical degree with completed residency in Internal Medicine, Anesthesiology, or related field
• Fellowship or specialized training in Critical Care Medicine
• Proven experience in critical care management within private healthcare settings
• Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Relevant certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and other critical care certifications
• High level of professionalism and commitment to patient-centered care
