The Role
You will work as part of a dedicated critical care team providing high-quality, patient-centred care across a 10-bed ICU/HDU service spread across two campuses. You’ll manage a diverse casemix of critically ill adult and occasional paediatric patients under the guidance of experienced ICU consultants.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Direct clinical management and consultation for ICU/HDU patients
  • Active participation in trauma and retrieval cases
  • Contributing to quality assurance and safety initiatives within the department

  • Structured induction, training, and mentorship from senior clinicians
  • Opportunities to be involved in service development and quality improvement projects
  • Access to research opportunities and teaching activities

About You
