
– Critical Care Physician - Nocturnal
Independence Health System is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Critical Care Physician interested in joining a well-established, collaborative, and multidisciplinary team at Butler Hospital. This position offers a nocturnal inpatient rotation designed to meet the needs of the physician. The schedule is designed to support sustainable work-life balance through a highly collaborative team model.
Both new graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in need of critical care.
The physician will work with other specialties and a highly skilled team of advanced practice providers within our Critical Care team.
The selected physician will share a rotation with partners and will be supported by a collegial, physician-led environment that emphasizes clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and opportunities for professional growth and leadership within the critical care service line.
