No two days are the same! As a Children’s Support Worker, you’ll:
✔ Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a car
✔ Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience
✔ Flexibility for varied shifts (including weekends, sleep-ins, and waking nights)
✔ A clear enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
A relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent) is desirable but not essential — full training provided.
💰 Competitive pay: £17.50 – £28.00 per hour (depending on shift type)
