Salary: £25,455 - £28,930 per annum

Willow House is a mental health crisis recovery house providing short-term support (typically 3–7 days) for individuals in crisis. The service has seven bedrooms and operates with 24-hour staffing.
Waking night staff play a vital role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing and stability of the service overnight, supporting residents throughout the night.
The people we support are central to everything we do. Each person is unique and deserves to be treated as such, so responsibilities may vary day to day.
