The Crisis Counselor provide case management and/or counseling services in a four-county area, to youth and their families who exhibit mental health crisis or serve emotional and behavioral problems. Services are intended to assess the appropriate level of mental health care for children and adolescents and provide comprehensive community care through direct services and/or linkages to the least restrictive resources.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field. A Master's degree and prior experience with crisis counseling and intervention is preferred. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and meet company insurability standards by having a good driving record. Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks.
