Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly

SIGN ON BONUS: This position is eligible for a $1000 sign on bonus to be paid out at designated times. The Adult Home & Community Based Team is seeking a highly organized, self-starting, and energetic person for our crisis bed position working closely with individuals who are experiencing acute forms of mental health crises in our residential crisis stabilization program. Collaborative work with client’s treatment team, other agencies, and community resources is essential in assisting individuals with gaining independence and receiving comprehensive care. This position is ideal for candidates who have an empathetic approach to providing services, demonstrate patience and distress tolerance in times of high stress, and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals who are struggling.
Key Requirements:
- Team player who can work collaboratively with internal and external agency providers
- Supports adults experiencing crises, with the goal of diverting psychiatric hospitalizations
- Flexibility with schedule
- Transportation of clients is required
We are looking to fill the following shift (updated February 2026):
- Sunday – Tuesday and every other Wednesday 7AM - 7PM
