Department Overview: Fusion ResponseFusion Response is the Incident Management arm of the Firm, leading rapid response and recovery operations for business continuity, cyber, and technology threats. Operating globally from locations including Singapore, New York, and London, Fusion's 24/7 follow-the-sun model ensures the Firm's operational resilience.

Team Overview: Crisis Management & IntelligenceJoin a proactive team managing major incidents, coordinating service restoration, and mitigating risks. Operate under an intent-based leadership model, engaging with global leaders to influence decisions impacting the Firm's stability. Emphasize learning, accountability, and aligning personal contributions with organizational success.

Role Profile:As a Crisis and Incident Response Associate, you will monitor global threats, provide early warnings, and manage incident responses. You will lead triage calls, evaluate business impacts, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders. Post-incident, you'll participate in reviews to capture lessons and drive improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess global threats to provide early warnings.

  • Manage incident response and lead triage calls.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout incidents.

  • Participate in after-action reviews to enhance stability.

  • Provide periodic on-call coverage during bank holidays and weekends.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of analytical experience in intelligence or crisis management.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications:

  • Thrive under pressure with sound judgment and emotional intelligence.

  • Strong analytical skills for complex situations.

  • Familiarity with geopolitical developments.

  • Effective communication with non-technical and senior audiences.

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships.

  • Basic understanding of technology and infrastructure.

  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adaptability.

  • Familiarity with threat monitoring and analysis.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft products; familiarity with OSINT and incident management tools is advantageous.

  • Embrace a growth mindset and accountability.

  • Global experience or cultural competence is a plus.
