  • Monitor national and international trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes to keep our approach current and best practice

  • Lead and coordinate crisis and incident responses, including convening and chairing crisis response teams

  • Manage the duty officer roster, ensuring 24/7 readiness and clear escalation pathways

  • Design and deliver crisis training and simulation exercises that strengthen organisational confidence and capability

  • Provide insightful reporting, lessons learned, and recommendations to senior leaders

Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?

We’re keen to hear from people who bring:

  • Proven experience in crisis, incident, or major incident management within a corporate or regulated environment

  • Strong understanding of risk, resilience, and crisis communication (financial services experience is welcome but not essential)

  • Confidence leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure situations

  • Experience developing and embedding crisis management frameworks and response playbooks

  • Clear, empathetic communication skills and the ability to influence at senior levels
