
Location: 8 Carlton Street, Halifax, HX1 2AL
Working Hours: 37 hours per week 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (early finish on a Thursday) with occasional late night and Saturday shift, worked on a rota basis

Salary: £25,877.80 - £34,240.03 per annum but please note the starting salary will be £28,000 per annum.

The successful applicant will work as part of a team delivering interventions within Calderdale’s, Custody Suite, Providing Outreach and interventions, such as case management for those individuals in receipt of a community order.
You will be working in Partnership with Integrated Offender Management (IOM) and Probation, to develop and deliver a local and collective response to problematic offending. The aim is to reduce the negative impact of crime and reoffending by working in partnership to identify and support individuals who have committed prolific and repeat offences in local communities, to reduce the risk of reoffending, by supporting the reduction of substance-related harm to individuals and the wider community.
