You can make your mark by managing the full crewing process for assigned vessels and regions, ensuring qualified crew are appointed on time and within budget. In this role, you will help strengthen crewing services by supporting recruitment, training, appraisal, and compliance processes, while acting as a key point of contact for crew and internal stakeholders. You will also contribute to client satisfaction, support crew localisation programmes, work closely with crewing agencies, and help improve crewing operations through audits, system implementation, and the further development of crewing services.
You will work at the Boskalis office in Abu Dhabi while managing vessels owned by Smit Lamnalco, part of the Boskalis group. Smit Lamnalco provides tailored marine services to customers around the world, combining expertise, teamwork, and a strong focus on delivering reliable support in every environment.
