Job Description

Join our Training Team and play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering modern training and crew solutions for major maritime and naval projects, most notably the Royal Canadian Navy’s River Class Destroyer (RCD) program.

Fleetway is driving the integration of combat and platform systems for the sailors who will operate the future RCD fleet. Our approach to learning and crew design emphasizes the use of effective media and technology solutions that are efficient, accessible, and rooted in sound, proven practices. We focus on training technologies and analytical approaches that deliver measurable performance outcomes, meeting both high‑level organizational requirements and the individual learning needs of sailors.

The Crewing Analyst works within the RCD Personnel & Training (P&T) Team, applying operational experience and analytical expertise to develop data‑driven crewing strategies and occupational analyses that support crew readiness and long‑term fleet performance. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to shaping how future naval crews are designed, trained, and supported, helping define the future of performance at sea.

We're committed to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Fleetway is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applications from all qualified individuals, including those from underrepresented groups, and we strive to create an environment where everyone feels respected, supported, and empowered to thrive.
