We are looking for a Crew Supporter with a strong service mindset and a natural ability to work collaboratively.

In this role, you will be a key point of contact for crew-related tasks, helping ensure seamless operations while supporting our people.

What you will do

• Support daily crew operations and ensure smooth coordination
• Handle onboarding-related tasks and crew logistics
• Manage rebookings and updates in Amadeus
• Maintain accurate records and system updates
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and supportive work environment

What you bring

• A proactive and service-oriented mindset – you enjoy being the person others rely on
• Experience with administrative tasks and working in different systems
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• A structured way of working with great attention to detail
• A team-oriented approach and the ability to collaborate effectively

Other Information

You will join a dedicated team of four colleagues who work closely together to support our crew and ensure everything runs smoothly.

The role includesshift work, including weekends, with working hours between 06:00 and 18:00.
