The City of Greensboro Water Resources Department is seeking a knowledgeable, dependable, and safety-focused Crew Supervisor (Water Maintenance) to lead and support field crews responsible for maintaining the City’s water distribution and wastewater collection systems. This position combines hands-on technical knowledge, sound judgment, and team leadership to help ensure critical infrastructure is maintained safely, efficiently, and reliably.
The Water Resources Department provides essential water and wastewater services that protect public health, support the community, and keep Greensboro’s critical infrastructure operating. Water Maintenance crews perform the hands-on work necessary to maintain, repair, rehabilitate, and improve the City's water distribution and wastewater collection systems.
Estimated Hiring Salary Range: $53,903.00 - $61,603.00 Full Salary Range: $46,818.00 - $83,780.00 Annually

As a Crew Supervisor (Water Maintenance), you will:
Bring your technical knowledge, leadership skills, and commitment to safety to the Water Resources team. Help lead the crews responsible for maintaining the infrastructure that keeps Greensboro’s water and wastewater systems flowing safely and reliably. This job is Non-Exempt and is subject to the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
