Tasks
Tasks shall include but not be limited to:
Identifying vacant positions in assistance with the Planning team
Sourcing new candidates as per HSQEEn.
Screening CV’s in consultation with the concerned stakeholders.
Arranging MINTRA test by sending the link on email.
Authenticating documents prior to the interview.
Scheduling interview with the concerned personnel (Marine/Technical)
Conducting preliminary documents & certificates check with the standards laid down by the company.
Identifying the Training needs & updating the planning team of any training requirement & documentation to comply with
statutory requirements.
Updating Advertisements on regular intervals.
Arranging Travel & accommodation for the Senior officers & ETO’s
Use of company’s applicant tracking system.

Substitute Crew Recruitment Officer (Alternate)
Minimum Experience Minimum experience of 5 years in recruiting Seafarers for Gas/ Chemical/ Oil Vessels.
