**Job Summary:**
We are looking for hardworking and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at PepperJax Grill in Antioch. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing tasks as needed.
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations.
- Uphold company policies and standards at all times.
