The Blake’s LOTABURGER Crew Member is trained in various roles, including Cashier, Driver Thru, Grill, Fryer, Build Table, and Prep. Our Crew Members are essential to every restaurant operation, dedicated to making sure each guest has a wonderful experience. Their main goal is to represent the Blake’s brand with pride by living our culture and core values: Kindness, Teamwork, Passion, and Process. They strive to provide quick, friendly service with a warm smile and a heartfelt, “Welcome to Blake’s” to every guest. This position might be perfect for you if…You're over 16 years old and have a warm, friendly attitude, especially if you enjoy helping customers and working with a team. We value those who are eager to learn and comfortable using POS systems, cooking tools, and cleaning supplies. If you're able to stand comfortably for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and handle tasks with a good sense of urgency, you'll fit right in. Strong communication skills, a good listener, and the ability to stay focused in a busy environment are also very important to us.

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
