Title: Crew Member
Reports to: General Manager
The Melt is a GROWING brand in need of hiring Friendly, Service-oriented Front- of-the-House Crew Members with their primary responsibility as a Crew Member to deliver “I Love It Here” experiences to every guest. We are also hiring Crew Members for Back-of-the-House Roles as Crew Members for performing the roles of Line Cooks and Grill Cooks for those within the industry that have much cooking experience. Crew Members for both the Front-of-the-House and Back-of-the-House roles should ideally be bilingual and must be able to work Late-night Closing Shifts and Weekend Shifts. These positions feature hourly-based compensation plans, plus Crew Members participate in a "tip pool" that is paid out every four weeks, so they can earn additional income.
