Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably in a leadership role.
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
• Leadership qualities, including accountability, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate crew members to provide outstanding customer service and uphold Jet's Pizza standards.
• Assist in training new team members and providing ongoing coaching and support.
• Oversee daily operations, including food preparation, order fulfillment, and cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory levels and assist in placing orders for supplies and ingredients.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Work closely with management to implement promotional campaigns and achieve sales targets.
• Foster a positive work environment based on teamwork, respect, and accountability.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed, including cash handling and reconciliation.
