Job Location: Sheboygan SP - Sheboygan, WI 53081
Salary Range: $31.85 - $33.75 Hourly

Job Shift: NightUnder direct supervision, perform various production support functions as well as fill in for vacations and illnesses.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Pre and post shift checks
- Directing and assisting change-overs
- Fill in for call-ins
- Random packaging and process checks
- Fill in for Supervisor
- Monitor daily production
- Monitor shift / crew safety
- Mixing chemical barrels
- Assist with processing problems
- Vacation coverage
- Time and Attendance records management
What You Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field preferred. Successful candidate without two year Supervisory Management or related degree must enroll in approved course of study to obtain degree within 12-months of accepting position.
- Experience in plastics compounding and extruder operations is essential.
- Knowledgeable of manufacturing processes and procedures as well as supervisory experience is also preferred.
Must be able to lift and move objects up to 55 pounds. Must be able to walk, stand, & bend in a manufacturing setting for an entire shift. Must have Use of one or both feet or legs to move controls on machinery or equipment. Controls include, but are not limited to, pedals, buttons, levers, and cranks. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Requires the ability to wear eye protection, respiratory protection, safety shoes, hearing protection and gloves when working in production areas. Must follow facilities safety policies. Work performed in a Plant environment.
