Crew Controller

Based in Budapest

Purpose of the role

To provide and maintain oversight of the proper allocation and utilization of Wizz Air flight deck and cabin crew members during daily and short term operations.

Responsibilities

  • Continuous tracking, monitoring and modification of the flight deck and cabin crew rosters during day-to-day operations +72 hours
  • Providing adequate number of crew members on the day of operation in case of any crew shortage
  • Monitoring crews’ on time check in for flights and other duties
  • Continuous checking of the duty and flight time limitations
  • Checking notifications and notifying crew members
  • Preparing reports
  • Reporting issues
  • Filling the daily operations checklist
  • Cooperating with other departments
  • Other duties assigned by Senior Crew Controller, Crew Control Team Manager or Head of Operations Control

Experience

Any relevant experience is an advantage

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
