🛠️ What You’ll Do (The Mission)

Lead the Charge: Manage, mentor, and motivate a dedicated team of production technicians on residential and commercial restoration projects.

Own the Job Site: Assess property damage (water, fire, mold, storm), develop an efficient plan of attack, and ensure the job is completed to elite SERVPRO standards.

Be the Expert: Scope jobs digitally, document progress using advanced iPad-based software, and communicate confidently with homeowners and insurance adjusters.

Drive Success: Ensure safety protocols are followed perfectly and maintain a clean, organized, and combat-ready response vehicle.

Experienced Leader: You have a proven track record in restoration, construction, or a fast-paced field service leadership role (IICRC certifications are a massive plus, but we will train the right leader!).
