THE JOB:

As a Crepe Maker for ARIA Patisserie at ARIA, you will play a front‑of‑house role in creating a welcoming, interactive guest experience while preparing and presenting delicious, made‑to‑order crepes in an elegant café setting. You will engage directly with guests, bringing energy, warmth, and product knowledge to each interaction as you craft high‑quality menu items with precision and care, while also maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining and preparation areas. By understanding guests’ preferences and delivering personalized service, you will help create memorable WOW moments, and through cross‑training opportunities within the patisserie, you will expand your skillset while contributing to a seamless and elevated guest experience.

THE STARTING RATE: $26.88 Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Refill crepe menu products, viennoiserie, pastries, gelato, ice coolers, reach-in beverage coolers, reach-in pantry coolers and condiment drawer

• Communicate with management, chef and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or employees

• Knowledgeable of retail pastry for wedding and special occasions

• Prepare and serve food and beverage items

• Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment

• Properly label date on products used in crepes

• Clear tables and counters, sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests when there is no crepe order

• Use and clean equipment such as crepe machine, whipped cream machine, warmer, juicer, coffee maker, toaster, Panini machine, blender, soda machine, oven and steamer

• Maintain stock volume by restocking the sales floor, receive, unpack and put away deliveries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

• Work Varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a Baker's helper required

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant customer service experience in a similar high-volume, fast paced restaurant environment preferred

• Previous experience making Crepes or knowledge on the Crepe making process preferred

• Previous experience cultivating guest experiences in a high-volume, FOH role preferred
