Job Summary:
The Creeleris responsible forsetting up andmaintainingcreelsto ensure a steady supply of fiber tothetufting machine. This role involves unloading fiber pallets, monitoring fiber supply during production, and ensuring smooth operations in support of the tufting process. The Creeler plays an essential part inmaintainingefficiency and quality in the production of turf
* Night Shift (Monday-Thursday from 7PM-5AM)
Key Responsibilities:
Loadbobbins of fiberonto creels, ensuring proper alignment to supply tufting machines.
Monitor fiber supply during production, replacing emptybobbinspromptly to minimize downtime.
Inspect fiber for quality,identifyingand removing defective material before it enters the production process.
Assisttufting operators with any yarn-related issues during production
Collaborate with the production team to ensure the correct types, colors, and amounts of fiberare used for each job.
Maintain a clean and organized creeling areaand follow company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
Ability to lift and handle10 lbs.and stand for extended periods.
Attention to detail in managing yarn quality and ensuring proper setup.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with machine operators and supervisors.
Experience in manufacturing environment with prior knowledge working withcreelsortufting machinespreferred but notrequired
