Job Description

We are recruiting for an experienced Systems Analyst to join the technology team of an established Dallas area credit union. This is a hybrid role, with 2 to 3 days per week in the Dallas office and the balance of the week working from home.

This is not a traditional Data Analyst or Business Analyst position. We are specifically looking for someone with hands on experience supporting financial institution technology, core banking systems, integrations and day to day IT operations.

The credit union is preparing for a conversion from Fiserv XP2 to Corelation Keystone, and this individual will serve as a key technical resource throughout the conversion. Responsibilities will include data mapping and validation, system configuration, interface coordination, testing, reconciliation, issue resolution, cutover and post conversion stabilization.

Following the conversion, this person will help administer and support Corelation Keystone and its connected systems while also working across other areas of the credit union’s technology environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Credit union, community bank or financial institution technology experience strongly preferred
• Hands on experience supporting a core banking or credit union processing system
• Fiserv XP2 and/or Corelation Keystone experience strongly preferred
• Experience participating in a core conversion or major financial systems implementation
• Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Experience supporting integrations between core systems and third party applications
• SQL, reporting, data validation, extracts or reconciliation experience
• Ability to work directly with vendors and internal business departments
• Strong understanding of how technology supports credit union operations

Core System and Application Responsibilities

• Serve as a key IT resource during the XP2 to Corelation Keystone conversion
• Assist with requirements gathering, data mapping, validation, configuration, testing and reconciliation
• Coordinate interfaces and integrations between the core and third party systems
• Support mock conversions, user acceptance testing, go live and stabilization
• Administer and support Keystone following conversion
• Support system parameters, user access, workflows, forms, reports, scheduled processing and integrations
• Troubleshoot failed interfaces, processing issues and system problems
• Maintain documentation related to configurations, procedures, testing and system changes

The role will also support systems connected to the core, including online and mobile banking, cards, ATMs, payments, lending, imaging, telephony, reporting and data warehouse platforms.

Additional Technology Responsibilities

Because this is a smaller IT team, this person should also be comfortable working outside the core when needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, business or a related field preferred. Equivalent hands on experience will also be considered.

Two or more years of relevant technology experience is preferred, particularly within a credit union, bank or other financial institution.

Corelation Keystone, Fiserv XP2, core conversion experience and financial institution operations experience will receive strong consideration.

Additional Information

This is a hybrid position: 3 days required in Dallas office, 2 days WFH (if desired).

Compensation & Benefits: $90-93K annual salary plus a competitive, comprehensive benefits package.
