About Company:

KreditBee is India’s largest fintech lending platform with a current monthly disbursement of over ₹1600 Crores. It has 50 Million+ downloads on Google Play Store and over 85 Lakh unique loan customers. It offers various financial services digitally including but not limited to Personal Loans, Business Loans, DigiGold investment, Insurance, Credit Score Report, and Expense Tracker. The group entity has an in-house RBI registered NBFC, and is currently Series-D funded with marquee investors like Premji Invest, Advent International, Motilal Oswal Private Equity, MUFG and TPG-backed NewQuest, among others.

The Credit Manager for Business Loans will be responsible for:

• Reviewing the complete file of loan applications
• Conducting personal discussions and video PDs with applicants
• Ensuring timely decision making within the TAT
• Managing vendors involved in the loan processing
• Training stakeholders on loan policies and procedures.
• Maintaining MIS reports related to loan applications and approvals
• Conducting portfolio reviews to assess the performance of the loan book
• Underwriting cases with desired level of quality and enabling achievement of Branch Business target by proper training.
• To evaluate proposals of customers for Business Loans
• Use performance history along with liquidity, debt/asset management and profitability ratios to assess creditworthiness in evaluation
• Interact with Customers & understand the business and regularly monitor delinquencies / infants.

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in business loan underwriting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
