This role will support technical deliverables and training to ensure the smooth operation of a 90+ person team converting $7 billion USD of AR to cash a year. Primary responsibilities include team representation on technical projects (requirements gathering, testing, etc.), team training, reporting, and close coordination with other internal teams to drive technical deliverables to completion. This role will serve as a point of escalation for other members of the CFS Technical Operations Team
Responsibilities
Work with the Credit & Collections and Accounts Receivable teams to outline and document policies and procedures
Learn and fully understand the Order to Cash (OTC) process at Autodesk, in order to assist with automation projects
Attend meetings and represent CFS AR with regards to ongoing ERP updates and automation efforts
Assist in ad hoc projects such as collections efforts or AR reconciliation projects as needed
Interact with internal teams such as Tax, Revenue Operations, Treasury, Client Services, among others
Assist with reporting as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Strong understanding of the Order to Cash (OTC) process
5-10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit and Collections
Strong project management skills
Good understanding of GAAP
Advanced Excel skills, proficient in all other Microsoft Office programs
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables at once
Strong influencing skills
SAP or large-scale ERP system experience
Salesforce experience
Preferred Qualifications
Project management experience
Experience with agentic AI implementations
Working with a global team
Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Finance degree preferred
