Pioneer Bank is seeking a Credit Support Specialist to join our St. James team. This role is a great opportunity to grow within a strong, relationship-focused organization while supporting our Complex Banker team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Credit Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our bankers and ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of our lending and portfolio processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with bankers to deliver exceptional service and bring meaningful value to every customer relationship
- Assist with loan documentation by completing preliminary tasks and ensuring accurate, complete submissions to Credit Operations
- Support portfolio management, including file maintenance, scanning, monthly balance verification, and tracking of insurance, real estate taxes, and ticklers
- Accurately search and file government documents with county courthouses and the Secretary of State office
- Provide backup support for Personal Bankers, including assisting with account openings as needed
- Uphold and model Pioneer Bank’s Culture Standards in all interactions
