We are hiring a Credit Services Representative to join our Credit and Collection team. The successful incumbent will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, minimizing credit risk, and ensuring timely collection in alignment with business growth. This role partners closely with sales and finance teams to support healthy cash flow and customer relationships.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Manage end-to-end accounts receivable (AR) and collection activities
Monitor customer aging and proactively follow up on overdue accounts
Conduct credit risk assessments and recommend credit limits/terms
I nvestigate and resolve billing disputes in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Support month-end closing (AR reconciliation, bad debt provision, reporting
Perform AR & DSO forecasting, tracking and variance analysis
Manage collateral and ensure proper documentation and monitoring
Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements
Partner with sales to balance revenue growth and risk control
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields
Approximately 2+ years of experience in Credit, Collection, or AR management
Strong understanding of credit risk and collection processes and relevant regulations
Hands-on experience with SAP OTC and Finance modules, along with strong proficiency in Excel-based data analysis
Comfortable level of communication in English
Experience in multinational environment
Familiarity with bad debt provisioning and cash forecasting
Ability to work independently while collaborating with global stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic environment and proactively drive continuous improvement initiatives
